The Stefan radiation constant can be used to measure the amount of heat that is emitted by a black body, which absorbs all of the radiant energy that hits it, and will emit all the radiant energy. Stefans radiation constant apparatus comrprising a black ended hollow hemisphere about 25 cm dia, fitted in a wooden board lines with tin, and a steam chamber above the hemisphere to measure them an uniform temperature by passing steam through it recorded by two thermometers.
